Process Consultant

Your role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Consultant to join our team. You will play an important role in optimising our business processes, ensuring they are streamlined, efficient and aligned across our organisation.
Your insights will contribute to continuous improvements of our operations, delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will leverage Microsoft tools to support effective solutions and enhance our workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation..
  • Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps to document and analyse current status.
  • Process Optimization: Propose and implement changes to optimise processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Tool Development: Leverage Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and Power Query to enhance our workflows.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure process changes align with organisational goals.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and improvements.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Transportation.
  • Experience in process analysis, improvements and projects preferably in a transportation company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Experience in MS Visio, Experience with Power Query for data transformation and analysis, and Experience Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in process mapping and tool development.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to process challenges.
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
  • You are a team player and flexible. You have good communication skills and have a proactive mindset
