On behalf of P&O Ferrymasters, MARPRO Group is looking for a Pricing Desk Manager for the office in Gdynia. You will report to the Business Director, Shortsea of the company.
Due to the joint venture between Unifeeder Shortsea, a division of Unifeeder A/S, and P&O Ferrymasters, this position will be hired at Unifeeder A/S.
As the Pricing Desk Manager, you will lead the development and execution pricing strategies that support the company's strategic objectives and adapt to market dynamics. You will analyse market trends, evaluate cost structures, and monitor pricing models, to optimize revenue, enhance profitability, and ensure operational efficiency.
By collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will ensure pricing accurately reflects the company’s value proposition, operational realities, and competitive positioning. In this role, you will also oversee Business Support team, driving the development of efficient processes and data-driven strategies that align with broader organizational goals. This position is integral to supporting the company in meeting its targets in the ever-evolving Shortsea market across Europe.
