Transformation Manager

Your role

As a Transformation Manager, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service for all strategic and transformational projects and initiatives in our company. The main purpose of your role is in driving strategic initiatives, leading post-merger integrations, and supporting our business units in achieving their growth targets. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation, the successful candidate will have a strong background in consultancy, expertise in M&A and process restructuring, and a proven ability to design and implement strategic transformations. 

Key Responsibilities

You will play an active part in the company's development and execution of corporate transformation strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence. Next to this you will have the following tasks:

  • Work closely with senior management, external advisors, and internal teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support stakeholders in adapting to transformation efforts
  • Analyze, redesign, and implement business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with different business units to translate their strategic goals into actionable plans, helping them execute and implement transformation initiatives
  • Generate business cases, lead due diligences, synergies identification
  • Develop and execute integration plans, align organizational structures, and optimize processes post-acquisition.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, or business transformation roles
  • Previous experience in a top-tier consultancy firm is highly desirable
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Good command of English and German languages, and another European language
  • Affinity with logistics and transport throughout Europe
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Teamwork, accuracy
