Contract Co-ordinator

Your Role

As Contract Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day-to-day running of our customer’s contract. You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport professionals to provide a high service level for our customer.

Key Responsibilities

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring collection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient way
• Raising and managing bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes
• Liaising with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service
• Support activities such as customs clearance and stand kit changeovers
• Collating information relevant to various KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and report to the line manager
• Liaising with P&O Ferrymasters employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customer
• Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner
• Contributing to the development and growth of the operation.

Your profile 

As Contract Co-ordinator you will have previous experience of working in a customer-focused operational role and will possess excellent communication skills.

• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
• An eye for detail and excellent customer service
• Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
• H&S knowledge and awareness
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
